Full Risk Disclosure

Important risks to understand before using market analysis, opening a trading account or placing a trade. Last updated: 23 October 2026.

Trading leveraged products can cause rapid and substantial loss. You may lose all funds committed to trading and, depending on the account terms and applicable protections, may owe more. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

1. No guarantee or personalised advice

KAVOX reports, signals, charts, education and portal information support independent decisions; they are not a promise of profit or a personal assessment of suitability. A target, pivot, stop level or invalidation point is a scenario reference, not a guaranteed execution price. Past performance, backtests, screenshots and demo results do not predict future results.

2. Leverage and margin

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A relatively small market move can consume margin quickly. Your provider may require additional margin, close positions without advance notice or apply negative-balance rules according to the account agreement and local law. You must understand the leverage and margin rules for your specific account before trading.

3. Volatility, gaps and liquidity

Prices can change sharply around economic releases, market openings, geopolitical events and periods of thin liquidity. An order or stop-loss may be executed at a different price from the level displayed or requested, or may not be filled when liquidity is insufficient. Spreads can widen. Trading may be halted or temporarily unavailable.

4. Execution, costs and technology

Quotes shown on this site or in third-party widgets may be delayed and may differ from your account provider’s executable prices. Orders placed in MT5 are subject to the provider’s execution policy, including possible slippage, rejected orders, latency and disconnections. Spreads, commissions, overnight financing, conversion costs, payment fees and taxes can reduce returns or increase losses. Keep independent access to account and order information.

5. Concentration and correlation

Positions that look different can depend on the same driver—for example, USD exposure, metals or equity indices. Correlated positions can lose together and may not offset as expected in a stressed market. Diversification and a stop order do not remove risk. Set limits for your total exposure and potential loss, not just for each individual signal.

6. Counterparty, custody and payment risk

A trading account, MT5 server, payment method or digital-asset transfer may involve separate providers and operational risks. Verify the legal counterparty, its regulatory status, client-fund arrangements, withdrawal terms and dispute process in the account documents before funding. Crypto transfers may be irreversible; sending to the wrong address or network can result in permanent loss. KAVOX does not claim regulatory approval through this disclosure.

7. Your decision

Consider your knowledge, financial position and capacity to bear loss. Seek independent professional advice if needed. Do not trade because of urgency, a single signal, or an assumed win rate. Review the specific provider’s risk warning and account agreement; if you do not understand the product or cannot absorb the loss, do not trade it.
